With a clean and intuitive user interface, JPEG XL Converter makes it easy for Windows users to convert JXL files to JPG or PNG. You can Add Files/Folders or Drag and Drop images for batch and single processing. You can also access the source folder, remove files, and see its properties.

Getting Started / Launch the Application
Launch JPEG XL Converter
After installing JPEG XL Converter, to convert JXL files on Windows, follow these steps:
1. Run JPEG XL Converter. In the Windows search bar, type JPEG XL Converter, select the best result, and launch the application.
2. You will now see the application's home screen. Drag and drop a JPEG XL file, or add a folder, or use the Add JPEG XL files button to add the image for conversion.

You can add images to the app interface by dragging and dropping them from a folder or using the dedicated Add JPEG XL Files button.
1. Drag and drop the JPEG XL file, use Add Folder to add a folder, or use Add JPEG XL Files to add the file simply.
2. Select the format, image quality, output path, speed, and file overwrite action once the image is added.
Once done, you are set to convert it into PNG or JPG.
Getting Started / Save Converted File
Save Converted File
Click the Convert button to start the process. Once it's finished, the converted file will be saved to the selected output location.
Note: To save the file in the same directory, select Save to the same directory option.
